The corrective and reparative Vermione STRONG cream with enzymes is designed for rapid, long-lasting improvement of damaged or injured skin. It treats skin prone to venous ulcers and already developed ulcers—apply the cream directly into the open wound on the tissue. The cream creates new tissue and closes the skin’s surface.

It is also suitable for hemorrhoids, postoperative/postpartum scars, and traumatic wounds.

Venous ulcers are a long-term, unpleasant condition that arises due to insufficiency of the venous system in the lower limbs. They most commonly occur in the calf area, less frequently around the inner ankle. What starts as a minor skin discoloration can lead to a deep, extensive, festering wound. Venous ulcers affect deeper layers of the skin, namely the dermis. Sometimes they can penetrate even deeper, affecting muscles, tendons, and bones, causing destruction. Venous ulcers are caused by either arterial or venous issues.

How does Vermione Strong cream work on venous ulcers?

In case of damaged skin tissue due to venous ulcers, we recommend applying Vermione Strong several times a day for its reparative and regenerative properties. Apply the cream directly into the open wound. First, the wound will begin to cleanse, and then new skin tissue will start to form in layers. Once the new tissue is built, the wound will close.
Apply the cream 2-3 times a day.

Combination:

If the skin around the ulcer has become hardened, we recommend applying Vermione Beta cream around the area. This cream is formulated with a base that moisturizes and softens the skin.

If lymphatic fluid is leaking from the wound, apply the antiseptic Vermione Gel before using Vermione Strong. This will help stop the fluid discharge. Wait 15 minutes after applying the gel before using the Vermione Strong cream.

Recommendation:
Allow the wound to breathe as much as possible. If unnecessary, avoid using dressings with silver.
