The optimal routine involves applying them 2-3 times daily. The skin may appear red, and the eczema condition may visibly worsen for 1-2 days. This is not an allergic reaction or ineffectiveness of the creams but the activation of the contained enzymes. Vermione creams replace treatments with corticosteroids and antibiotics. If you choose to use them, do not combine them with creams containing corticosteroids.
