A combination of both creams is recommended, with Vermione Alfa suggested for facial application and Beta for the rest of the body. The ideal approach is to apply both creams 2-3 times daily. Initially, the skin may appear red, and the eczema might seem visibly worse for 1-2 days. This is not an allergic reaction or ineffectiveness of the creams but rather the activation of the enzymes contained within. Vermione creams replace treatments with corticosteroids and antibiotics. If you choose to use these creams, do not combine them with products that contain corticosteroids.
