This cream is designed for the rapid and long-lasting improvement of damaged or injured skin. It cares for skin prone to leg ulcers and can be applied directly to open wounds. The cream promotes the formation of new tissue and closes the skin’s surface.
Leg ulcers are a long-term unpleasant condition arising from insufficient venous circulation in the lower limbs. They are most commonly found on the lower leg and less often around the inner ankle. A initially subtle change in skin color can lead to the development of deep, extensive, pus-filled wounds. Leg ulcers represent a defect affecting the deeper layers of the skin, including the dermis, and can even extend deeper into muscles, tendons, and bones, causing damage. They can arise from arterial or venous causes.
The cream is also suitable for hemorrhoids, postoperative, postpartum, and post-trauma scars and wounds. Thanks to its high concentration of active substance (25%), it is intended for the rapid and lasting improvement of damaged skin affected by eczema and psoriasis. It is advisable to combine it with Vermione BETA cream for moisturizing the affected areas.
Due to its composition, the cream has antiseptic properties and fights against the onset of infection. It promotes granulation during the formation of new tissue while simultaneously dissolving necrotic tissue. The cream is suitable for varicose veins, improving blood flow and patency of the vessel walls.
In the case of perioral dermatitis, combine Vermione Strong cream with Vermione Alfa moisturizing cream. If weeping blisters are present at the site of the condition, add antiseptic Vermione Gel.
The cream is packaged in a special vacuum container with an airless system, ensuring complete use of the entire content inside the packaging.

Therapeutic Use of Vermione STRONG Products. In the “surgical” section of gynecology and obstetrics, we recommend Vermione STRONG for the treatment of all types of surgical wounds. This includes wounds from traditional abdominal surgeries and cesarean sections, as well as those resulting from endoscopic procedures, episiotomies, and injuries related to vaginal births. For episiotomies, it is advantageous to treat the portion of the wound that extends into the vaginal entrance.
Proven Procedure for Treating Fresh Wounds:
Initially, Vermione STRONG is used, which is very effective in maintaining cleanliness and sealing the incision site. It should be applied directly to the surgical wound starting from the second postoperative day, twice daily. After applying Vermione STRONG, it is recommended to follow with the moisturizing cream Vermione BETA, applying it 3-4 times daily to the wound and surrounding area. The cream should be used until the wound has healed satisfactorily, and it is beneficial to continue for several weeks to achieve a soft, uncolored, inconspicuous scar at the site of the previous wound.
Some patients and mothers may also benefit from using Vermione products to correct already healed wounds, particularly in the case of healed episiotomies after vaginal births, which can often lead to uncomfortable sensations of pulling, tension, or even pain during intercourse or defecation. Application can help soften and relax the scar tissue. Similarly, attempts can be made to influence scars on the abdominal wall or elsewhere on the body.
I developed atopic eczema under my elbows, and only Vermione creams brought relief from itching and redness. And very quickly—the signs of improvement were noticeable as early as the second day after the first application of the creams. In the beginning, I combined Vermione Strong cream twice a day with Vermione Beta, also twice a day. Now, after 5 days, I only use Beta cream. My skin doesn’t itch, it looks healthier, and the dryness is wonderfully alleviated by the Beta cream. It has a pleasant texture, absorbs quickly, and smells nice. I have yet to come across a comparable cream that works so fast and reliably on eczema.
After an inflammation, I developed a scar on my forearm. The scar was raised and very prominent. I applied the Strong cream for about 4 weeks. At first, the scar was very noticeable, raised, and dark. After less than four weeks of daily application (I consistently applied the cream on the scar twice a day), the scar is no longer raised; subjectively, I would say it is almost invisible compared to its original state. It is light, faded, and flattened.
